Established in 2010, RACES (Research and Consultancy in Equine Surfaces) is a research group and consultancy for biomechanical and mechanical testing of sports surfaces. We work with people in surface development, manufacture, maintenance, and testing to define new standards of technology, performance, and safety... RACES - research and consultancy group at the apex of biomechanical testing of sports surfaces... We are a group of industry-leading scientists, researchers, and academics. We speak at conferences all over the world, and our research has been featured in journals such as Equine Veterinary Journal and Veterinary Journal.
