Giselle has over 35 years of experience in various areas of the law, and now limits her practice to probating estates and preparing wills and other estate planning documents including Durable Power of Attorneys, Power of Attorneys for Health Care, Living Wills and HPAA releases. She has a simple and easy approach when discussing and preparing estate planning documents. Giselle understands the difficulties that commonly arise when preparing estate documents and how emotionally difficult it is when administering a loved one's probate estate. She is understanding and attempts to make the process as simple and easy as possible.
Giselle was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati. She graduated from St. Ursula Academy High School and received her undergraduate degree from Xavier University. She received her JD from University of Dayton Law School, having earned the Juris Prudence award in Creditor's rights. She was an adjunct professor at Mt. St. Joseph University for 8 years, teaching in the MBA and Paralegal programs. Since raising her four children, Giselle enjoys hiking, boating, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Peter has over 45 years of experience in helping clients make important decisions regarding their personal and estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, and elder law. Peter values time spent with clients guiding them in these personal matters and ensuring a plan is in place to best meet the clients goals and avoid unnecessary legal expenses for family members down the road. In taking the time to get to know each of his clients, Peter is able to deliver a tailored solution to even the most complex needs of individuals and families.
Peter graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati and received his law degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He is a Veteran of the Vietnam War and is the Service Officer of the Green Township VFW. Dedicated to his community, Peter is a former Green Township Trustee and also served as Green Township Attorney. With his wife, Mary, he is the founder of the Thomas J. Rebold Foundation for Youth Performing Arts. He is the past president of the Kiwanis Club of Cheviot-Westwood and of the White Oak Improvement Association. Peter and Mary reside in Bridgetown and have as their neighbors down the lane their daughter, Ann, son-in-law, Mark, and two grandchildren.

Tiffany's legal practice focuses on providing real estate and estate planning services to clients in Ohio. Tiffany has experience with assisting clients with real estate matters such as residential real estate sales, lot splits and consolidations, foreclosures, residential leases, and zoning regulations. She enjoys providing clients help with estate planning matters so that they can avoid the costly and time-consuming probate process and find comfort in having their affairs in order, such as trusts, wills, health care and financial powers of attorney, and living wills. Tiffany also has experience in business representation matters such as business sales and acquisitions, preparation of business creation documents, and contract review.
Tiffany is a native of Hazard, Kentucky. She graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. She went on to receive her law degree from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. As a new Cincinnati resident, Tiffany enjoys spending her free time exploring the city. She also enjoys traveling, taking walks with her two rescue dogs, and reading.
