Redpoint/Affiliates have rehabilitated 5 multi-family communities representing nearly 1,400 units and constructed 6 new multifamily properties representing nearly 700 units. Through Federal programs including the Section 42 IRS program, Redpoint Development Group was successful in rehabilitating, constructing and preserving affordable housing for over 1,000 families in the growing Pacific Northwest region.
