The Court-appointed Lead Plaintiff, the Pentwater Funds, on behalf of itself and the other members of the Settlement Class (defined below), has reached a settlement of this Action with defendant Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. ("Salix") and defendants Carolyn J. Logan and Adam C. Derbyshire for $210,000,000 in cash that resolves all claims in the Action (the "Settlement")... Following a hearing on July 28, 2017, the Court entered a Judgment approving the Settlement as fair, reasonable and adequate, and entered orders approving the Plan of Allocation for the proceeds of the Settlement, and approving Lead Counsel's motion for attorneys' fees and reimbursement of expenses.
