Square One Design Ltd is operated by Designer Erin Tett, the protege since 2004 of founder Michael Ker. Michael started the business in the 80's, designing more than a thousand unique and beautiful homes & businesses throughout the Cowichan Valley and beyond over more than 30 years until his retirement in 2015. At that time, Erin was promoted to lead designer to continue the tradition of creative design and hand drafting Square One Design is known for. She offers a wealth of expertise in this field, working with a full range of concepts and mediums to produce a creative, efficient design with a West Coast quality and style... Square One Design offers a full spectrum of building design, drafting and consultation services for land developers, public sector and private clients. Not all of our building design is for new construction, we also provide site measure design services and building plans for renovations, updates, conversions, additions and alterations, including plan addendums..
