Adam Garfield

Adam Garfield is a provider in our Richmond, Utah clinic. He grew up on a cattle ranch near Morgan, Utah. He served an LDS mission to Nebraska. He is currently married with 4 daughters. Adam loves spending time with his family, riding horses, and many outdoor activities. Some of the adventures he loves in the outdoors includes snowmobiling, wake surfing, camping, four-wheeling, hunting, rock climbing, running, and team roping. He also enjoys traveling. Something that many people don't know about Adam is that he enjoys being a charity auctioneer and a rodeo announcer. He loves living in a small town. He said; "I love the rural setting and people. I love raising my family in a small town atmosphere getting to know people and their families on a personal level." Adam graduated from the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioveterinary Science from Utah State University.

Darcy Turner

For nearly 30 years, Darcy Turner, M.D., has served communities throughout Colorado and Wyoming, delivering quality care as a family practitioner, medical director and consultant. Today, he provides for a broad patient population as an owner and family physician at Red Desert Insta-Care, medical director of Sublette Center Nursing Home, and contract physician to Sublette County Correctional Facility. He is a member of the Wyoming chapter of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Wyoming Medical Society and is also board certified through the American Academy of Family Practice.

Jacob Anderson

Jacob Anderson is a Cache Valley Native. He completed his doctorate degree in 2015 from the University of Utah, specializing in family medicine as a nurse practitioner. He completed his doctoral project on Pediatric Asthma Education, creating a children's story book titled How to Tame Your Asthma, available for free here. His undergraduate degree was completed at the University of Utah in 2010 and his career as an RN was spent working with oncology and hematology patients. Jake is happy to be back in Cache Valley and looks forward to serving as an urgent care and family medicine provider. He has a lovely wife and five mischievous children. His free time is spent writing, reading, hiking, mountain biking, backpacking, and grooming his handsome beard.

Scott Malm

Scott Malm was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. He joined the Army at age seventeen and was trained to be a surgical technician. He served in the Army for ten years and was awarded the Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal and Soldier of the year in 1995. Scott is fluent in Spanish and lived in Chile, South America for two years. He was in the Idaho State University's first class of Physician Assistants graduating in 1997. He received his master's degree in Emergency Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in which he received an overall grade of A+. In addition to this Scott is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support. He has been an Affiliate Faculty Member at Idaho State University teaching for the PA Program and teaching Medical Spanish for the Sociology Department. Scott has worked as a Physician Assistant in the Pocatello area for over 20 years working in Family Practice Medicine, Emergency Medicine and now Orthopedics. Scott enjoys playing the piano and guitar, singing, skiing and mountain biking.
