Steel Standing LLC is a minority owned and operated small business formed in 2012. The CEO and Lead Instructor Dexter ‘Doc' Peggins is a U.S Marine Corps and U.S Army veteran with over 23 years active service. He served in the U.S Army as a Combat Medic, Combat Casualty Care instructor and Class Advisor for advanced training of enlisted medical personnel. Mr.Peggins has worked overseas as a contractor in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) training military personnel in patrol medic skills and also civilian medical personnel in the upgrade of their emergency medical services. Mr. Peggins has received extensive training in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and is a Tactical Medical Care instructor and also certified Heart Saver First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor with the American Heart Association (AHA).
