We harvest the fruits and vegetables from our garden, adding lots of love to transform them into delectable seasonal products. Please don't ask us for strawberries in December! Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Take a peek around our chicken coop where our hens happily roam about in a spacious yard and are fed only natural grains and grasses. Enjoy your eggs on the very same day they were laid. Or you can taste them in the egg-based pasta we make on the premises! We have fenced about 80 hectares (200 acres) of indigenous trees and cork groves in order to raise free range Cinta Senese (a heritage breed of domestic pig from the province of Siena). These animals love to graze in the wild, and from this herd we produce delectable salamis, cured meats and fresh cuts of meat in our brand new onsite professional kitchen...
