Made up of passionate people from across Canada, the MFI team is a tight-knit group committed to advancing the values of reconciliation and social justice for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples... Honouring Indigenous principles regarding data ownership and control, we work with Indigenous communities and organizations to establish their own metrics of success. MFI designs tools to support Indigenous schools, organizations, and communities to collect and analyze data that helps track positive outcomes and measure impact over time... To encourage sustained impact over the long term, MFI engages organizational and community leadership to identify programming supports that are forward-thinking and built to last. From infrastructure needs to future resource planning, we work together to think ahead and get ahead.
