Welcome to The Station! The Station is a fully equipped fitness studio that provides your trainer with a private, comfortable setting to offer private one-on-one personal training or small..... At The Station, we have a one-on-one approach to fitness that produces results for our clients and our trainers... The Station operates with set training appointments only; so, when you are there with your Trainer, the time and space is yours! Other trainers and their clients may be training as well, but because we intentionally limit the number of trainers using the space at any given time, you and your Trainer will always have access to the equipment needed to give you the best possible workout.
