Charlotte Nichols is a seasoned managed care executive with over 25 years of experience in the health care industry planning, monitoring, managing, and implementing large provider network build activities.
Before joining TOG Network Solutions, Charlotte was the Director of Network Programs at UnitedHealthcare. There, she developed and implemented network strategies and managed large-scale network implementation projects involving state proposal requests and operational readiness review activities.
Charlotte has also held senior leadership positions at Amerigroup and Value Options, where she gained extensive experience in provider relations, contract negotiation, and health care management.
Charlotte holds a degree in Health Services Management from Norfolk State University and brings a proven track record of success and innovation to every project she leads. She is passionate about helping TOG Network Solutions' clients exceed their provider network goals and objectives.
During her off hours, she enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Eric has more than three decades of experience in the health care industry, with specialties in technology, operations, sales and marketing, and regulatory risks and compliance. He architected the proprietary, cloud-based TOG Provider Directory, saving insurers time and overhead, realizing efficiencies, and eliminating redundancies.
In a health care system that too often presents more problems than solutions, were working across the country to establish new standards of excellence in health care and provider network development.
Sarah's 15-plus years of entrepreneurship includes serving as TOG Network Solutions' CEO since 2010. Sarah leads TOG Network Solutions strategic growth including organic and denovo diversification and markets, financial operations, and human capital.
As a "servant leader," Sarah places a premium on her greatest asset - her people. She curates exceptional candidates and cultivates a committed and long-term relationship based on trust, communication, and consummate professionalism. Sarah puts her team before herself and it shows in the loyalty they show her in return.
Sarah saw a need for an automated and centralized way to track project activity. Her initial internal project-tracking vision was the foundation for what has developed into the turn-key TOG Network Solutions Provider Data Management platform.

Ted currently works with TOG Network Solutions in a dual capacity as Vice President of Business Development and the California Lead Executive for Network Expansion. His past work history includes serving as the Vice President of Provider Network for Point32Health, Highmark WholeCare, Horizon NJ Health, Cigna Health Spring, WellCare, and United Healthcare. He has extensive experience in both provider network, provider operations and provider relations.
He also led business development activities for SemperCare, Sunrise Healthcare, and Diabetes Treatment Centers of America. Prior to this Ted spent 21 years in the United States Air Force serving as a Medical Service Corps Officer.
He has a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California and a B.S. in Technical Management from Regis College in Denver, Colorado. He is also a graduate of the Wharton Executive Management Program in Healthcare.
