TESSA

Tessa has been the best provider I've ever worked with. Over the past 3 years she's worked WITH me to help me reach goals I never thought I would be able to reach. She was always patient, empathetic, and supportive, and clearly and genuinely cared about my well-being. She never pushed me to go at a pace I wasn't comfortable with but, at the same time, never let me fall into a stagnant state or backslide from the progress I had made (always in a kind way). I always left our appointments feeling supported and encouraged in the path we were taking together and the progress speaks for itself. Tessa is a genuine person and provider and I cannot recommend her enough. She has been one of the highlights in this chapter of my life and a major reason why I feel confident in being able to keep tackling hard things throughout future chapters. I wish I could give more than 5 stars but this will have to do. 10/10 would recommend!... I've suffered with mental health issues for years. Tessa really..
