Alex has more than a decade of experience in software development. His expertise lies within the development of web apps, the main languages in his tech stack being JavaScript, Java and Swift. He is a lifelong learner, and loves to read, run, and game.
Andy brings 37 years' experience in Central Government, International Government and commercial experience delivering a wide range of delivery roles covering Cyber Security, technical operations, crisis management and complex project and program delivery.
Charles White is the Founding Director of The Cyber Scheme. His primary expertise lies in corporate strategy, transformation, and cyber risk management. Charles formerly worked within the telecoms market, specifically in voice and data integration.
Debi has helped form the creative and strategic direction of clients as diverse as Volvo, Astra Zeneca and Nestle Rowntree. Debi is now helping The Cyber Scheme expand training provision and simplify routes into a career in cyber for new entrants, career transitioners and upskillers.
Ella heads up the bookings, certification and administration side of The Cyber Scheme. She is dedicated to bringing an approachable and efficient experience to our customers, and is excited to be involved with The Cyber Scheme's message of making the cyber industry a more accessible place.
Emily has a varied background with a degree in International Journalism and has spent time as an English teacher in Thailand. Whilst new to the industry, Emily looks forward to working towards The Cyber Scheme's goal of encouraging new levels of diversity and accessibility in cyber.
With a history of Sales, Account management and Customer Success; Mike will be using his experience of the creation and iteration of structures and processes supporting GTM strategy alongside client retention and growth to support The Cyber Scheme's continuing development.
Paul is a subject matter expert in ethical hacking and penetration testing. A career in software development and the technical support industry gave Paul the insight to move to into cyber as a career. Paul is a fully qualified teacher.
Richard has over forty years' experience in financial operations and management across a diverse range of business sectors. These included ten years as the CFO at Information Risk Management Limited where he was strategically key in the successful sale of the company to Altran in 2017.
Sean has 28 years experience in various Operations and Programme roles. Sean is a strong advocate of being pragmatic and using processes to help move Operational activities forward, believing the desired outcome should drive the level of procedural effort.
