David has over 20 years of transaction experience across a variety of sectors.
More specifically, David has considerable experience in supporting investee companies with their buy and build strategies, working alongside them to develop business plans and growth strategies. David played a key part in AWS's development which has grown from 1 site and £8m t/o to 3 sites, including 1 overseas, and £35m t/o.
Prior to joining Jasper, he worked at Deloittes for 12 years in the Channel Islands, Moscow and Birmingham offices.
Outside of work, David is a keen racquet sports player and in 2016 was elected Chairman of the Edgbaston Priory Club (having been Treasurer since 2013). With a history dating back to 1875, the EPC is one of the UK's premier racquets and lifestyle private members' clubs. The club has approximately 3,000 members and is home to the Aegon Classic, a pre-Wimbledon ladies tournament, ranked in the top 25 Women's tennis competitions in the world.
David has been Chair of Governors of Lozells Primary School for the last 6 years. In March 2015, an Ofsted report concluded that the school was outstanding in all areas.
