Allé Pflaumer has been a Director of Chrysalis Care for eight years ensuring the organisation provides consistent outstanding provision of care to looked after children. Her background is in specialised teaching of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and children on the Autistic spectrum.

Mrs Rachael Bulpitt

Rachael has been Registered Manager for Chrysalis Care at Home for nearly 12 years now, and has enjoyed the challenges as well as the privilege of caring for local people, enabling them to remain at home. Rachael is an active member of her local church; Kennet Valley Free Church, and an active member of her local Community Choir ‘Take Note'.
