Maria Blanca joined the Strategy Department of Etisalat B2B in 2015 and her contribution to the company has been instrumental in the development and creation of the entire B2B digital practice. She has led and taken part in key transformational projects that supports the company's vision to evolve from a regional telco to a global technology group. Blanca has played a key role in the transformation project of e& by defining the strategic direction and growth footprint for e& enterprise in particular. In her current role as Senior Director of Strategy & Innovation, Maria is responsible for driving the strategic agenda for the company as well as consolidating strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. She is also responsible for the Marcom and Innovation programme, wherein she is accountable for the company's brand positioning strategy, all the while nurturing the company's innovation ecosystem and processes, which connect the business lines with scaleups, start-ups and innovation hubs to drive positive business impact. Maria also serves as a board member at Qualitas Artificial Intelligence & Science and as board secretary in e& enterprise KSA. She has over 10 years of experience in the Telco & IT industry. Before joining e&, she spent 4 years in Management Solutions, a strategy consultancy firm based in Spain. There, she delivered key digital transformation projects for the main Spanish Telco and Bank players. Maria Blanca holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from UPM.

Miguel A. Villalonga

Miguel is an ICT executive with over 30 years of international experience. He was appointed CEO of e& enterprise Cloud in 2020 and his responsibilities include the portfolio of multi-cloud services, datacentre, IT outsourcing, systems integration, contact centre solutions, and engageX (e& enterprise's brand for CPaaS). Since the launch of e& enterprise as an independent business vertical within e&, Miguel has led strategic activities to accelerate growth, both organic and inorganic, with a portfolio of acquisitions and JV partnerships. This includes the creation of Khazna, the largest datacentre player in the Middle East, and the creation of the fastest growing public cloud managed services in the region, Bespin Global MEA. Miguel joined e& (Etisalat Digital) in 2016 as VP of Cloud and Datacentre. In his role, he pioneered the landing of hyperscale cloud service providers to the region in partnership with etisalat by e&, looking after the commercial and regulatory changes required for the successful launch of public cloud in the Middle East. Previously, he served 8 years as the CEO of Emitac Enterprise Solutions, one of the leading regional Systems Integrator based in Dubai. While there, he led a successful transformation from a traditional Value-Added Reseller to a vibrant Solutions and Services firm with a growing focus on Cloud, Big Data and Security. Prior to Emitac, Miguel was one of the founders and managing partners of Swissrisk Group, a European software services company that grew from zero to more than 1,000 professionals in less than 7 years. He started his career in Hewlett-Packard Consulting where he spent 10 years. Miguel holds a master's degree in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from IE.

Ragy Magdy - Chief Commercial Officer

Ragy Magdy is the Chief Commercial Officer of e& enterprise (digital arm of e& Group). As CCO at e& enterprise, Ragy is responsible for leading the sales, business development and commercial practice within e& enterprise at group level, and across all subsidiaries under the group whilst positioning e& enterprise as a key a partner for government, semi- government & private enterprises in the region in their digital transformation journey. Prior to joined e& enterprise, Ragy was heading the Etisalat by e& (formerly Etisalat Group) corporate sales and commercial segment for over 8 years. Ragy has been instrumental in the company's effort to building the strongest salesforce in the region, developing key customer relationships and driving commercial strategy in line with the product teams. Ragy has over 20 years of regional ICT experience, out of which 10 years was with Global players, such as "IBM". He held various leadership roles within IBM ranging from establishing a new Services Organisation in the MEA region and a Security division with an affluent track records and appreciations behind him. "Team Work & Collaboration" are Ragy's major leadership mottos professionally, while he remains a caring father of two daughters and a hardcore sports enthusiast with a never-say-die attitude.

Salvador Anglada

Salvador Anglada has over 25 years of professional experience in the Telecom and IT Industry. He was appointed in November 2021 as CEO of e& enterprise with the mandate to carve out and expand the enterprise-focused arm of e& (formerly Etisalat Group) in line with e& transformation strategy to pivot from a Telecom company to a Technology group. Since the launch of e& enterprise, he has set up an accelerated growth strategy towards market recognition and geographical expansion through targeted a M&A and strategic partnerships approach; thereby, actualising the vision to become a leading regional player in the digital transformation space. In 2019, he orchestrated the acquisition of Help AG to become the company's cybersecurity arm. And in 2022, the acquisition of Smartworld was completed to reinforce the company's IoT & AI capabilities. During the same year, he formed several strategic partnerships such as the JV for Khazna with G42 to become the region's largest data centre provider; and more recently the JV with Bespin Global to lead in the regional cloud-managed services space. Prior to his current role as CEO of e& enterprise, he served as Group Chief Business Officer at e& (formerly Etisalat Group) for 8 years. Additionally, he spent 12 years in Telefonica, where he was the Managing Director of Telefonica Empresas, the enterprise division of Telefonica Spain. He also served for over 5 years as CEO of Telefonica O2, the Telefonica subsidiary in the Czech Republic. Salvador was actively involved in the development of the Telecom industry in Europe. In 2002, he participated in the launch of Telefonica Empresas in Spain as the Telecom & ICT dedicated unit for Enterprises and Government customers. In 2007, he led the merger between Eurotel and Czech Telecom, resulting in the first fixed/mobile integrated company in western Europe. And in 2009, he launched Telefonica O2 Slovakia as the 3 rd mobile operator in the country, after which Telefonica O2 Slovakia achieved number 2 position in the country, only 5 years after the launch, Aside from serving as Executive Board Director of Telefonica Europe, Salvador also held board membership positions with several companies, both regionally and globally, including Khazna, ACENS Technologies, Conexxo, Backcell and Bespin Global. Salvador Anglada holds an Industrial Engineering Master's degree from UPM, an Executive MBA from IE, and a PDG from IESE.

Vivek Sharma - CFO

Vivek Sharma was appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer of e& enterprise in August 2022. His key mandates are to deliver strategic financial direction to e& enterprise, oversee financial performance across e& enterprise and its subsidiaries, and to enable the financial carve-out of e& enterprise from e& Group. Since his appointment, Vivek has created an entirely new Finance department. He is heavily involved in M&A activities that are aimed at enabling regional expansion and delivering profitable revenue growth for the Group. From the inception of e& enterprise, Vivek has been involved in the successful completion of two key projects: the acquisition of Smartworld which was fundamental to augmenting the capabilities of the IoT & AI business unit, and the joint venture with Bespin Global which will lead to the creation of a regional managed services cloud provider. Prior to his appointment as Acting CFO, Vivek was Senior Director for Business Analysis & Performance in the B2B division of etisalat by e& (formerly Etisalat UAE) for 7 years. In this role, he established a Pricing Office that improved financial and commercial discipline, supported significant digital revenue growth and was instrumental in driving and delivering cost efficiency targets. Before joining e&, he held multiple senior Finance positions at Vodafone Group, based in London. Vivek Sharma is a qualified accountant, associated with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has over 20 years of professional experience in the Telecoms and Technology industry, with his specialty in the B2B sector.

Zulqarnain Javaid

Zul has been with e& organization for 12+ years having a successful career in Finance and B2B functions. He was appointed as the CEO of our first fintech, UAE Trade Connect in 2020, where he developed and launched the country's only bank-to-bank blockchain solution serving corporate banks, which has become the default Trade Finance platform of the UAE. Zul is now responsible for all e&enterprise's Fintech businesses, including Beehive, and customer facing finance programmes. Before joining e&, Zul was the founding CEO of a telecom company in Uganda which he took from licensing to launch, to success, and then achieved a successful exit for the shareholders. Prior to that, he was CFO for an LDI and Fiber operator in Pakistan. Earlier in his career, Zul has held various positions in IT, Telco, and Financial Services business in England and mainland Europe.
