Brian Bathe

Brian has been working in information technology for over 26 years, starting his career as a software developer focusing on document storage and retrieval to having full responsibility for all technical aspects of bringing multiple products to market. Before joining Mike Albert eight years ago, Brian served in many internal and customer-facing IT roles-all focused on making technology decisions that improve the business. As our VP of Information Technology Services, Brian uses his extensive experience to create software solutions that drive efficiencies and deliver insights for our company and clients. Brian's efforts are paying off. Internal efficiencies free up time for our associates to deliver higher-value services to our clients. Designing solutions that focus on usability means our clients aren't bogged down working through processes and can quickly get to the information they need to manage their business. Brian is a constant learner inside and outside of work. He sharpens his IT skills through hands-on experience with our project teams, learning new languages and frameworks. In his free time, Brian is a ham radio enthusiast and focuses on the technical aspects such as building antennas and writing software to automate the station operation. He also enjoys welding and woodworking.

Claus C. Tritt

Claus C. Tritt serves as GreenPower's Vice President of Medium Duty and Commercial Vehicle Sales, bringing more than 36 years of experience to the position. After serving in an Airborne Regiment in West Germany, Mr. Tritt began his automotive career as a sales consultant for a Mercedes-Benz owned retail store. After holding differing roles in the sales, market and platform management areas of the company, Mercedes-Benz transferred him to the Freightliner Custom Chassis division in the United States in 2001, and then on to a leadership role in the fleet division of DaimlerChrysler in Auburn Hills, Michigan in 2003. In 2009, Mercedes-Benz USA tasked Claus to build, organize and operate its commercial van division. Under his leadership the Sprinter Van (and later Metris van) was successfully introduced to the U.S. market under the coveted Mercedes-Benz brand. After 30 years of successful service with Mercedes-Benz, Mr. Tritt returned to the retail side of the automotive business, operating a luxury car dealership in Birmingham, Alabama. Most recently he served in a sales and business development role at Canoo. Born and raised in one of the most automotive-centric cities in the world, Suttgart, Germany, Claus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Nuertingen/Geislingen, Germany with majors in Finance and Marketing. Mr. Tritt currently resides in the greater Atlanta area in Cumming, Georgia.

David Worthington

Greg Scott is President of Merevir Consulting, a Washington, D.C.-based lobbying and political consulting firm. Greg started his professional career as a congressional staffer before attending law school and joining the law firm of Kelley, Drye and Warren - eventually rising to serve as a partner in the firm. Hari Nayar serves as the Vice President of Fleet Electrification & Sustainability at Merchants Fleet. Nayar's core focus is providing commercial fleet clients with the tools and insights they need to make a seamless and cost-effective transition to electric and alternate fuel vehicles. His role also includes defining the company's EV market strategy, driving product selection for electric, hybrid & plug-in electric vehicles, and developing charging infrastructure deployment solutions. Nayar is one of Merchants Fleet's most important subject matter experts and is a main contributor to the company's ESG strategy and road map. Nayar is an experienced engineer, having led development teams for the US Army Land Warrior program, GM OnStar program, Harris Falcon radio battery & charger development, UK Ministry of Defense, and CERDEC integrated fuel cell systems development programs. Most recently, Nayar was Vice President of Engineering at XL Fleet, where he successfully led the engineering organization in developing the first plug-in-hybrid F150 pick-up truck.
