Pramodh Thomas Cherian is the Founder and Promoter of German Academy. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur and French language trainer, he was a senior executive in IT/ITES industry. He has over 20 years' experience in multinationals like EDS, Covansys, HP, HCL and Virtusa. Pramodh's long stint in HR, enable him to understand the needs of students and professionals and offer the right course to suit their needs in present and future.
Pramodh is DELF A1 and A2 Certified. He is currently pursuing B2 at Alliance Franchise, Chennai. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social work.

Sabitha Rawji is the Co-Founder and Lead Instructor of German Academy. She is a C1 in German from Goethe institute and now pursuing C2. She has a Diploma in Teaching German and an MBA from IGNOU. She is also a BPharm Graduate from MG University, Kottayam. In fact, it was her wide credentials, passion for learning & teaching and consistent academic excellence enabled Pramodh to start German Academy along with her, leaving his corporate career.
Sabitha worked in ACS Group of Colleges as administrator. She worked as German Language Specialist in Amazon, InaWord and Live Wire. She also worked as an Assistant Professor in SRM University. She is a visiting faculty to Anna Adarsh College and Ethiraj College for Women in Chennai.
