Matt Hutchinson is a seasoned real estate and business lawyer who has lived and worked in Park City since 2003. With substantial experience in business entity formation and real estate transactions, Matt has helped hundreds of clients form and operate successful businesses and navigate complex real estate and corporate transactions. He also provides advice to homeowners and condominium owners associations and nonprofit organizations. He has helped clients form a wide range of entities, including limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations. Matt is also experienced in drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements, bylaws, and other important corporate documents. In the area of real estate transactions, Matt has helped clients buy, sell, and develop all types of properties, including residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.
