Kimberly Del Prado

Kimberly proudly works as a Senior Social Security Disability Case Manager. She has held various positions with Markhoff & Mittman, PC The Disability Guys since 2013 when she started out as a File Room Clerk. A constant learner, Kimberly worked her way up through the office and now directly helps clients and their families obtain the benefits they deserve each day. Kimberly is outgoing and values the trust and bonds she creates with her clients. In 2017 Kimberly was awarded the Westchester County Mili Award recognizing standout local young professionals aged 21 to 34. Kimberly lives in Westchester, NY with her fiancé and 2 year-year old daughter.

In the aftermath of 9/11, he helped numerous individuals who served at or near the World Trade Center site to obtain upgraded disability retirement pension benefits when the physical or psychological impact of their service became apparent, often years later (he is now helping New Jersey workers obtain similar benefits

Natalyn Jeffries

Natalyn Jeffries is an SSD Client Advocate at Markhoff & Mittman. Her practice focuses on social security disability. Natalyn's legal career began in 1985 at Hopkins & Sutter in Chicago, Illinois (now Foley & Lardner) where she worked as an entry level legal assistant. She obtained her paralegal certification in 1994 and went on to work at law firms in Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia as a litigation paralegal. She began her career in client advocacy in 2016. After receiving accreditation to represent clients at the hearing level for Title II and Title XVI claims, Natalyn has won cases for clients throughout the United States. Natalyn is an active and participating member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR), a specialized organization that is concerned about and contributes to disability policies and legislation. "I believe in aggressively pursuing disability benefits for my clients. They are shining examples of what it means to be brave in the direst of circumstances.
