Nilsen joined Lithium Werks from SANDS law firm in Norway and holds comprehensive corporate law competence and experience. As a corporate lawyer, Nilsen regularly assisted Norwegian and foreign companies with drafting and negotiating contracts, strategic counseling and transaction advice. Nilsen also holds broad experience from his work with entrepreneurial activities and is one of the co-founders of Otovo AS - the leading solar rooftop installation company in Scandinavia. Nilsen is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's Law Committee on Energy and Environmental Law, where he assists with the preparation of the educational programme within energy law. He regularly lectures in energy-related topics.
Wang was most recently the founder of Pinewood Circle Capital, focused on corporate development and capital raising for technology and startup companies. He had previously served as Principal and Head of Investment Banking with the Starr Group, a global leader in Insurance and financial services. Earlier in his career he started as an auditor for Ernst & Young and worked with Capital One and Berkshire Capital before moving to KPMG in their New York office as Director of Strategic Services group.

Fisher co-founded Lithium Werks in 2017 after more than three decades in the battery industry. He has held senior management positions in leading companies, and has overseen a range of restructuring and growth initiatives in this fast-changing sector.
Aittama has more than two decades of operations and product design experience, from leading battery companies, and from the medical devices and the automotive industries. He has overseen both the construction and the operations of international multi-site manufacturing facilities.
Saidi has held senior and technical positions in battery and energy storage research for more than two decades. He has co-designed patented phosphate and cathode materials, and developed ultracapacitors, high voltage and temperature electrolytes, dry battery electrodes technology, and sodium-ion hybrid battery systems.
