Brad Kuvin began his career in 1984, accumulating nearly 40 years of experience in covering metal forming and fabricating technologies. Brad served as Editor of Welding Design & Fabrication and Gases & Welding Distributor magazines before joining PMA and MetalForming magazine in 2000.

Prior to joining PMA in May 2022, Connie King served as the director of professional development for Baldwin Wallace University, where she created and delivered original, competency-based learning programs for external organizations and university employees. She previously worked for the University of Akron as a manager of business solutions, where she developed and implemented internal and external organizational development programs, and created community, industry-based consortiums for assessing and satisfying skills demands. Prior to her higher education career, Connie worked in a variety of corporate and entrepreneurial positions which included expertise in marketing, trade show/events management, publishing, and training and development. She earned a bachelor's degree in Business from Baldwin-Wallace College and an MBA from the University of Akron.
Damon Wolf joined PMA as the sales manager for MetalForming and 3D Metal Printing magazines in fall of 2018. He handles all print and online sales related to the magazines in the Midwest territory, and also assists in managing activity in other sales territories. Damon comes to PMA from GIE Media, where he served for 10 years as regional sales manager for that company's three manufacturing publications. Prior to that, he sold for American Machinist, then a publication of Penton Media, and other B2B industry magazines, totaling 18 years of B2B publishing experience.

As a metalforming industry professional, Klotz has served as a member of PMA's Board of Directors, a member of the Executive Committee, and as chair and treasurer of the PMA East Michigan District. He also served as chair of PMA's Tool & Die Division, was a founding member of PMA's Next Generation networking group, and has been actively engaged in PMA's programs and services in many other capacities.
David Klotz became president of PMA in February 2019. Prior to that, he was president and executive vice president of sales and marketing for Tebis America, a developer of CAD and CAM software for the tool, die and mold manufacturing industries. He also previously served as senior manager of the Plex Automotive & Industrial Mid-Market sales team for eight years, and was a manager at Dallas Industries, Inc., for 12 years.

Marion Manufacturing Company Doug Johnson is the owner and President of Marion Manufacturing Company located in Cheshire CT. He has 35 years of manufacturing experience in metal stamping, wire forming, injection molding and silver plating. Prior to MMC, Doug served as the Managing Director and VP of Operations for Newcare Products and Newmark, Inc. Doug has managed two successful start-up medical companies in his career and has held various positions in these endeavors. His diverse set of management skills serves him well in the Metalforming arena. Doug serves as PMA's vice chairman and treasurer of the board during the association's 2020 and 2021 fiscal years.

Jeff Aznavorian has been the third generation owner and president of Clips & Clamps Industries since April 2016. Prior to assuming that role, Jeff held various positions at the company including general manager, production supervisor, buyer and HR manager, dating back to 1997 when he began his tenure as a maintenance assistant. Clips & Clamps is a family-owned metalforming company that specializes in small to medium tonnage progressive die stamping, slideforming and CNC wireforming products, which it sells as a Tier One and Two supplier in automotive industry. Founded in 1954, Clips & Clamps has a proud multi-decade affiliation with PMA, including Jeff's father, Mike Aznavorian, who served as the association's chairman in 1996 and who helped establish the PMA Educational Foundation.
Jeff is a current member of the PMA Board of Directors as well as the director of the PMA East Michigan District. He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University as well as his MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
