Amanda joined Vanguard in 2007 and has been a member of Vanguard's leadership team since 2008. She has held several roles in Vanguard's Personal Investor division including serving high net worth individuals. She also led Vanguard's Education Savings business serving state 529 plan sponsors and individual account owners. Amanda currently leads a team of sales and relationship professionals responsible for Vanguard's Defined Contribution business across the West region. She also oversees the leadership of Vanguard's Arizona campus representing nearly 5,000 employees. Amanda is passionate about advocating for women in leadership, plays an active role in Vanguard's employee resource groups, and established the Arizona Hometown Grants program aimed at providing financial support to local charitable organizations. His purview includes the McKeever Family Foundation Lab, a 53-seat instructional computing lab in McClelland Hall that provides access to enterprise-grade software and hardware resources to students in the Eller College of Management. It also includes a server infrastructure comprised of virtual servers, networking and storage.
