Jerry was founder of the Entrepreneurial Services Group at Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young). Clients included Autodesk, Fair Issac Companies and Broderbund. He was also a founding General Partner in Kline Hawkes & Co., a Southern California based venture fund. As General Partner with Kline Hawkes he led investments in a number of successful start-ups including Above Net (IPO) and Transoft Technology Corporation (sold to HP).
Jerry has served on the Board of Directors of a number of emerging companies including Maxis Corporation (acquired by EA), MicroNet Technology (acquired by Ampex) and Transoft (acquired by HP). He is a CPA and received his Bachelors degree from Penn State and his Masters from the Wharton School.

Teymour Boutros-Ghali is co-founder and Managing Partner of Monitor Ventures. Teymour brings over twenty-five years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and management executive. He was a founder and CEO of several technology-driven start-ups including AllBusiness (sold to NBCi), and Thrive Online (sold to AOL). Teymour spent ten years as a senior executive with Time Warner both in operations (as Publisher of Time International) and in investments (as Vice President of Time Inc Ventures). During his tenure, Time Inc. Ventures developed a number of successful media properties including the Martha Stewart Living and Vibe franchises. He started his business career at the Boston Consulting Group where he worked closely with Neal Bhadkamkar (the two have had a long-standing professional relationship since).
As a partner of Monitor Ventures, Teymour focuses on media and technology. Teymour graduated in Electrical Engineering from Cambridge University, and holds both a PhD in Physics and SM in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
