I'm sorry deliveries have been so slow since I reopened at the end of July, as the removal company that moved our 124 cardboard crates of stock and paperwork didn't understand the level of care needed to handle with our products - the main reason that deliveries, until now, have been apallingly late, with promised deliveries not made on time. So what's changed? How can I be confident of delivering in 14 -28 days when I couldn't manage deliveries in four months?... I KNOW it's been difficult and frustrating for many of you dealing with me during the past four months, but now, many, many days (and tears) later, I KNOW WHERE TO FIND STOCK FOR ORDERS! (The older orders won't all be delivered overnight, but I AM hoping to wipe out the delays within four weeks, and a lot quicker if I can!)...
