NorthernPathways consortium was appointed on behalf of the NSW Government, to design, construct, operate and maintain the Clarence Correctional Centre. The consortium is comprised of John Laing and Serco who manage, operate and maintain the Centre. However, we see our role as bigger than just a Correctional Centre...
