Andrew Farrell

Andrew brings 20 years of Financial Services experience to NEXT. He has spent 15 years specializing in the Qualified Retirement Plan market as an advisor and plan manager. He uses that expertise on behalf of other advisors, plan sponsors, and individual participants to help them achieve their retirement goals. His role will be to maximize the synergies that exist between NEXT institutional clients and the Concurrent Advisors retail wealth management offices. He earned a bachelor's degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland. Now living in San Diego with his wife and two children, Andrew enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, cycling, and hiking.

Brian Gray

Brian personalizes a financial plan for each client by first securing a keen insight of their financial details and family dynamics. Through a comprehensive planning process, he helps clients have a clear path for the pursuit of their goals and the financial independence essential to enjoying a comfortable lifestyle. He also puts great importance on his role as educator, helping clients understand even the most complex financial concepts. As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM, Brian understands the needs clients encounter prior to and during retirement. His wide spectrum of retirement planning expertise encompasses essential matters such as sources of retirement income, tax-efficient portfolio strategies, retirement cash flow, asset management, estate planning and corporate retirement plans. Brian earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Louis University and has obtained his CPA license. From 1997 to 2007, he served as the chief financial officer of Psychological Associates, a business consulting firm. He first began working with Bill at A.G. Edwards in 2007 and formed their team in 2008. The two joined Mark in 2013, then transitioned together to NEXT Retirement Solutions and Raymond James Financial Services in 2017, through a partnership with Concurrent Advisors. This partnership leveraged the opportunity for Brian and his partners to form GRH Wealth Management in 2023 as a part of the Concurrent Investment Advisors hybrid independent RIA. Originally from St. Louis, Brian lives in Chicago's South Loop with his wife, Sophia, and children Adelaide and Peter. In his free time, Brian participates in triathlons and volunteers at Working Bikes rebuilding used bicycles for the homeless.

Damon DeLillo

Damon is dedicated to helping plan sponsors meet their goals and offer quality retirement plans to their employees. As relationship manager, Damon fills an important role - partnering with clients in all aspects of their retirement plan's due diligence process, including in-depth investment analysis/guidance, plan design, compliance, regulatory, industry trends, and education plans. Damon has been in the retirement plan industry since 2000 and has been with our team since 2012. He has extensive experience in conducting requests for proposals, contract and fee negotiations and vendor implementations as well as working to ensure the successful delivery of vendor services. Damon holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and insurance licenses. Detail oriented, he is dedicated to delivering outstanding client service and truly enjoys helping people meet their goals for retirement. Earlier in his career, Damon served as a senior account executive for one of the leading retirement plan recordkeepers in the country. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Maryland. Originally from New York, Damon lives in San Diego with his son. In his free time, Damon enjoys traveling, yoga, surfing, hiking and anything outdoors.

Denise Ruiz

Denise has more than 37 years of experience in the financial services industry. Organized and personable, she works closely with Timothy Cronin, Dominic Repetti and Damon DeLillo to provide an extraordinary client experience. She joined NEXT Retirement Solutions in 2012 and has been working with the team since 1998, first at A.G. Edwards which subsequently become Wachovia and Wells Fargo Advisors after a merger and acquisition. She has held a variety of positions, including practice administration manager, branch administrator, registered client associate and operations manager. Earlier in her career, she was a sales and administrative assistant at First San Diego Company/Western Financial, PaineWebber and Sutro & Company. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and a California insurance license. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her yellow lab and spending time with her family especially her five grandchildren.

Dominic Repetti

Dominic is a partner at NEXT Retirement Solutions and has worked at the firm since 1999. His efforts are focused on serving the corporate retirement plan marketplace and overseeing the firm's relationship managers. Dominic finds great fulfillment in helping people with what many feel are very difficult and daunting topics of retirement plans and retirement planning. Serving and educating clients is very rewarding to Dominic and has allowed him to build many long-standing relationships over the years. His goal for each client is to create a customized plan that fits their unique needs and situation. He wants them to have a good foundation of knowledge about their plan and for their participants to have the opportunity to "retire their way." Dominic first began working with our team as an intern while in college. He joined us full time at A.G. Edwards, which subsequently became Wachovia and Wells Fargo Advisors after a merger and acquisition. Dominic earned a bachelor's degree in arts and sciences from the University of San Diego. Dominic also holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. Originally from Cupertino, California, Dominic lives in Encinitas with his wife and three children. Dominic spends his free time enjoying sports, traveling with his family, volunteering at his church and children's Catholic school, and volunteering with multiple childhood cancer charities.

Kevin McFarland

As a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist SM, Kevin is highly experienced in creating, implementing and maintaining retirement plans for businesses, including defined contribution plans, 401(k) plans and nonprofit and government plans. He is knowledgeable in plan distributions, plan design and implementation, plan establishment and operation, and fiduciary issues. Kevin is also an Accredited Asset Management Specialist SM with specialized knowledge in investments, insurance, tax, retirement and estate planning issues. He adheres to standards of professional conduct and devotes himself to continuing industry education. Kevin is a San Diego native and lives here today. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from San Diego State University. In his free time, he enjoys attending his alma mater's sporting events, playing tennis, running, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

In addition to financial planning, his areas of expertise include tax planning, employee benefits and retirement planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance. Mark prides himself on his ability to explain investment and financial strategies in layman's terms so clients can have a full understanding. Mark earned a bachelor's degree in business finance from Loyola University. He started his career at A.G. Edwards in 1989 and began working as a team with Brian Gray and Bill Reap in 2013, later transitioning together to NEXT Retirement Solutions and Raymond James Financial Services by way of Concurrent Advisors in 2017. Mark is a Chicago native and grew up in the south suburbs. He lives in Homer Glen, Illinois, with his wife, Victoria, and children Andrew, Ava and Aaron. In his free time, Mark enjoys participating in church activities, attending community and entertainment events and performing live music at various festivals and clubs.

Michael Rozovics

Michael Rozovics is dedicated to serving our retirement plan clients, providing due diligence, advice and guidance on investments, plan design and services, fees, employee education and fiduciary compliance. His goal is to ensure that every client has access to quality retirement plan investments and services at a reasonable cost, and that every employee has an opportunity to "retire their way." Michael holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and insurance licenses. He has worked in the retirement plan industry since 1997 and joined our team in 2013. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist SM (CRPS®). Prior to working in the financial industry, Michael served as a military officer in the United States Marine Corps. He earned a B.A. from Lawrence University and an MBA from Capella University. Michael was born and raised in the Midwest and lives there today. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing guitar, golf, tennis, and travel. He has lived in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Virginia, California, and Oklahoma, and has traveled to Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

PAUL D. NEUNER

As partner and managing director, his goal for his clients remains the same to this day - for participants to have a retirement plan so they can be fully prepared for life's major milestones. Paul is a national speaker on fiduciary best practices and general plan governance. Today he is active in several noteworthy advisory councils, primarily serving as a client advocate. Paul is a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist SM. This professional designation is awarded by the College for Financial Planning to individuals who specialize in creating, implementing and maintaining retirement plans for businesses, including defined contribution plans, 401(k) plans, and nonprofit and government plans. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Paul has expertise in investment fiduciary standards of care. He has extensive knowledge in key areas such as plan distributions, plan design and implementation, plan establishment and operation, and fiduciary issues. Paul began his career in institutional consulting in 1994 at A.G. Edwards & Sons in San Diego. He was a Managing Director and Investment Officer at Wells Fargo Advisors. He earned bachelor's degrees in Finance and International Economics from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Paul is a native of Missouri and lives there today with his wife, Irene, and their children, Truman, Gerhard, Albert, Helen and David. Robert Ortbals

Robert is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. His focus is working with plan sponsors and their retirement plans, offering guidance regarding plan design, fiduciary responsibilities and education strategies for increasing the investment knowledge of plan participants. He enjoys helping people and taking the time to get to know each client and their specific needs and objectives. He serves as a point of contact and knowledgeable resource for any questions about their plan, and can provide referrals for other professionals such as insurance agents and auditors, as appropriate. Robert holds Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses. He joined our team in 2007 as a financial consultant at Wells Fargo Advisors. Earlier in his career, he was a relationship manager at Gallagher Benefits Services. Originally from St. Louis, Robert lives in St. Charles, Missouri, with his wife, Lori. They have five children, Robert, Jr., Lisa, Dan, Laura and Leanne. In his free time, he enjoys golf and tennis. He is an avid follower of the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues and Missouri Tigers. Together with his wife, he founded the Missouri Chapter of the Children's Heart Foundation.

Timothy Cronin

Tim has more than 38 years of experience in the financial services industry and served as a branch manager and complex manager for 30 years, where he was responsible for recruiting, managing, training and supervising financial advisors and support staff. His role on our team is to provide plan participants with investment education and financial planning services throughout the country. Trustworthy and caring, Timothy enjoys helping clients manage and preserve their wealth, and ultimately reach their goal of a comfortable retirement. Timothy first joined the team at A.G. Edwards, which subsequently became Wachovia and Wells Fargo Advisors after a merger and acquisition. He holds Series 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 24 and 63 securities licenses and a California insurance license. He served in the United States Navy and is a past president of the San Diego Stock & Bond Association. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Timothy lives in San Diego. He has three sons, Ryan, Taylor and Brady. He is an avid golfer and currently serves as Chaplain of the American Legion.

William Reap
