Operation Git-Meow is a Virginia non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to helping the cat populations of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and the greater Washington, D.C. area. including the Armed Forces Retirement Home. We encourage education on responsible pet ownership, and assist in providing micro-chips and other veterinary medications and care to community cats... Operation Git-Meow provides assistance to manage the feral cat population at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba at no cost to the American taxpayer. Pet rescue of kittens and cats similar to the Humane Society.
