Chris from OG went above and beyond today, and it was greatly appreciated! I ordered lunch for my boss and a client for an important meeting, and unfortunately it was not delivered from GrubHub. When I went in to pick it up almost 30 minutes later after already being late for the meeting, Chris was extremely accommodating, and really took care of my boss. Going that extra mile to ensure our company satisfaction was appreciated more then I can express! I will always be a loyal OG customer after this experience!... I was a little nervous to order for a business luncheon of 10+ people, but everything was perfect. The food was great, the special instructions were followed, and each order had the person's name on it, as requested. The order was not only on time, it was early.
