Khalid offers 16 years of expertise in investment, advisory, business, and project development. Currently serving as an Investment Director at Rakiza, Oman's Infrastructure Fund, Khalid specializes in the execution and sourcing of deals. Previously, Khalid oversaw a substantial multi-billion-dollar portfolio as part of his role at the Oman Investment Authority, concentrating on pivotal Infrastructure sectors including Electricity, Water, and Waste Management. He has held influential positions on various boards and investment committees, both domestically in Oman and on the international stage. Khalid holds an MBA degree from the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy (ICS) at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan

Khalid al-Busaidi

Brigadier General (Engineer) Khalid bin Hilal bin Khalid al-Busaidi - an officer in the Royal Omani Army, holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering from Pakistan Islamic Republic, and has another Bachelor's degree in Military Studies from the Command and Staff College (Sultanate of Oman). Brigadier General (Engineer) Khalid al-Busaidi represented the Ministry of Defense and the Sultan's Armed Forces in the relevant committees at the national level and at the level of the military and security agencies as well with participation in several committees and work teams to conduct strategic studies related to electronic management in the Ministry of Defense. Also, he planned and supervise the implementation of all strategic communications projects in the Ministry of Defense, including but not limited to develop and expand the Ministry of Defense's data transmission network project in all camps and bases of the Ministry of Defense and the Sultan's Armed Forces, the Hezam project to lay fiber optic cables of the Ministry of Defense, and the Taif project to connect and manage cables Optical fibers, in addition to managing the electronic Al-Jarb project named by Shurooq for the Royal Army of Oman, setting user requirements and evaluating competing companies' offers It is involved in communications projects, in addition to planning and managing field experiments for all joint communications devices that are nominated to enter service in the Sultan's Armed Forces and the Royal Army of Oman.

Rebecca Collins - Managing Director

Rebecca is a Managing Director in the Equitix Investments team and is responsible for the origination and execution of investments across all Equitix funds. She has over 20 years' experience in project finance and infrastructure investment and advisory across a broad spectrum of sectors. She is passionate about contributing to the UK's decarbonisation and energy transition agenda and is committed to ensuring stable returns for investors. Rebecca is also part of the Rakiza investment team, focused on infrastructure investment in Oman and Saudi Arabia. Rebecca was previously in Ernst & Young's Lead Advisory team, and also worked at Arthur Andersen in the Specialist Finance & Business Modelling Group. She has a BA (hons) degree in Politics & Government from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a Postgraduate Certificate in Social Research Methodologies.

Reyya Ahmed Al Toqi

Reyya Al Toqi is a Manger of Corporate Planning & Strategy at Oman Investment Authority ("OIA"). She is responsible for setting the strategy and business plans for OIA as well as overseeing the business plan of OIA's subsidiaries. Prior to that, Ms. Al Toqi managed OIA's Fund Investments, a multi-billion dollar global portfolio that invests across various strategies including Buyout, Growth, Infrastructure, Distressed Assets and Real Estate. During her tenure at OIA, she closed over 30 fund investments and overseen the closing of 13 fund investments. Furthermore, Ms. Al Toqi was also involved in private equity co-investments in multiple sectors including technology, energy transition, healthcare, and consumer. Ms. Al Toqi holds a seat on the Advisory Board of Trust bridge Partners and Redview &Advantech Capital both of which are Chinese based private equity firm that focuses on investments in technology, media and healthcare. From 2015 to 2018, she was also on the Advisory Board of MBK Partners, one of Asia's largest private equity investors. Ms. Al Toqi is a CFA Charterholder and has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with Distinction from the Sultan Qaboos University.
