ONESO TECHNOLOGY - Key Persons

Dr. John Moore

Dr. Moore has more than 20 years of experience in electromagnetics prediction and measurement research. He is one of the key developers of the high frequency electromagnetic prediction code Xpatch. Dr. Moore has performed extensive research and development in the areas of scattering center generation, moving part phenomenology, ray path tree representations, and hybridization. Dr. Moore has published over 30 articles in refereed journals and proceedings.

Dr. Rajan Bhalla

Dr. Bhalla has more than 15 years of experience in electromagnetic modeling, measurement, and validation modeling. His research has been devoted to developing efficient electromagnetic modeling techniques and tools for antenna, wireless and radar applications. He has developed and implemented several novel algorithms for signature modeling, HRR and RCS simulation, SAR/ISAR formation and 3-D scattering center extraction. These algorithms are part of Xpatch and SAF and are being actively used in various government and industry programs for signature simulation and modeling. He has also contributed to signal/image processing algorithm development and analysis for ATR applications. Dr. Bhalla is a senior member of IEEE and has published over 45 articles in journals and conferences.
