Before returning to higher education, Randy served as the education, culture, and media consultant to Dr. Leonel Fernandez, President of the Dominican Republic. While in the Dominican Republic, he established a for-profit post-secondary school, developing the curriculum, business plan, operating procedures, marketing strategy, and providing faculty training, and designing the school's facility. As part of their contribution to the Dominican Republic, Randy served as the U.S. and International Film and Entertainment Commissioners from the Dominican Republic... Helping companies and academic instututions for more than 20 years creatively problem solve, communicate more effectively, implement compentency based learning experiences for employees and faculty, and effectively market programs and products across multiple channels.
