Dr. Gupta is currently serving as a Senior Assistant Professor in Plastic and Polymer Engineering at the School of Engineering, Plastindia International University. Prior to this role, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic and Polymer Engineering at Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad for 7.5 years. He also held leadership and managerial positions in polymer compounding, processing, and composites for a period of 4 years. Dr. Gupta holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering and Technology, a Master's in Plastics Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Chemical Technology Management (Gold Medallist) from the prestigious Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT), Mumbai. With a journey spanning over 21 years in polymers, his expertise encompasses research areas such as polymer composites, biomaterials, nanomaterials, and the use of ICT in teaching-learning. He has extensive experience in consultancy, teaching various aspects of polymer engineering, and industry roles, with a focus on R&D.

During PhD she served as Tutor cum research associate under which she has 4 years tutorship experience.
