PRINCETON INSIGHT MEDITATION

The primary activities of Princeton Insight Meditation are two weekly groups: a sitting group on Mondays (7-9pm) and a Dharma Study Group on Sundays (3-5pm). Both groups meet at Fellowship in Prayer in downtown Princeton (291 Witherspoon Street) and on Zoom. Details about both groups, including location map, can be found on the event calendar... Princeton Insight Meditation was founded in 2005 as an informal group of Buddhist insight meditation practitioners who wanted to have the support of regular group practice. Our sangha has grown over the years and the connections between our members have deepened and strengthened. We have a weekly sitting group on Mondays in Princeton, monthly workshops at Princeton Center for Yoga and Health, and quarterly day-long retreats. In 2017 we incorporated as a nonprofit in the state of New Jersey to become Princeton Insight Meditation, Inc. It is our hope that our community of practitioners will grow along with the kinds of support and opportunities..
