Quayside Medical provides a full GP service based in a central Grimsby location, on Albion street a short distance from Freeman Street, with good transport links... Appointments can only be given to patients registered with us and we are able to take on new patients. If you would like to register with us, complete the online registration form or pop into the surgery to complete the registration form... We are currently taking on new patients and can provide a variety of NHS and non NHS services from our GP and Nursing Staff Team.
