Adam Curry

Adam Curry is the District & Sales Manager, Appalachian Region, at Repeat Precision. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University in 1997 and his B.A. in Business Logistics in 2001. He started working in the oil and gas industry as a business development and region manager for Rockwater's chemical division in August 2013. Adam then went to work for Downhole Technology as a business development manager in July 2015 before finally landing at Repeat Precision in April 2018. As a district manager, Adam oversees daily operations and manages operators' inventory needs to ensure they receive the products and services they require. He also brings in new business on the sales side by meeting with potential customers, understanding their operational needs, and finalizing a deal for Repeat Precision's product offering. Adam works at Repeat Precision because of the management and the culture. The company is in no way stagnant with products and developments-it's continuously implementing new technology, introducing engineering improvements, and adding new products to its repertoire. He feels it's an exciting company to work for. Adam also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling whenever possible, and exploring what this exciting world has to offer, from skiing to scuba diving.

Collin Shaw - VP

Collin Shaw is Vice President of Repeat Precision. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, and he has seven years of oil and gas industry experience. Collin is responsible for managing operations, supporting Repeat Precision's sales strategy, and working with product teams to develop new products and bring them to market. He appreciates the great people and entrepreneurial atmosphere at the company, as well as the opportunity to solve customer problems in unique ways. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, golfing, bird hunting, and boating.

Hector Cortez

Hector Cortez is the Operations Manager and leads Permian Sales Support at Repeat Precision. He is a resourceful, solution-focused, team-oriented professional with years of leadership experience, vast knowledge of completion tools across the Permian Basin. In his role as Operations Manager, Hector is responsible for managing operations and logistics, including daily activity planning to ensure clients' needs are being met. He also provides technical support, training, coaching, and mentoring for wireline engineers and equipment operators in his Sales Support role. Hector appreciates the positive work environment at Repeat Precision, as well as the opportunity to learn new skills and work with a great team of people. Every day, he gets to use his creativity and problem-solving skills to help the company succeed. During his downtime, Hector loves taking part in outdoor activities, especially with his family.

Matt Merron

Matt Merron is the Product Line Manager over Frac Plugs & Setting Tools at Repeat Precision. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and started his engineering career in 2004 with Sauer Danfoss. He spent six years working on hydraulic power transmission equipment used in off-road rolling equipment as a process, quality, and product engineer. In 2010, Matt joined Halliburton as a Senior R&D Engineer. He was promoted to Unconventional Engineering Team Leader and later a Product Line Manager role for Intelligent Completions. Matt joined Repeat Precision in 2022. He's now responsible for product line direction across marketing, sales, manufacturing, engineering, and operations. He directs engineering and manufacturing teams by defining priorities and setting project scopes, and his team is responsible for marketing materials to product launches. He owns 25 issued patents, nearly all in the completion tool space, and has authored three industry papers. Matt works at Repeat Precision because processes are lean, operational knowledge is deep, and the people are amazing. Everyone knows each other, works together, and is customer focused. He is confident in the leadership team, knows the company is delivering the best products and support to customers, and is excited about the new products it will bring to market. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, including activities like school fundraising, Cub Scouts, sports, movies, and family trips to see cousins and grandparents. He also likes casually playing golf and finishing DIY projects around the house.

Michael Whittenberg

Michael Whittenberg manages product development and commercialization at Repeat Precision. He has over 40 years of oil and gas industry experience in artificial lift, OCTG, OCTG integrity, completions equipment, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing at organizations like SLB, Shawcor, GE Oil & Gas, and BHGE. He also has a B.S. in Agri-Business Economics from Southern Illinois University and an MBA in Management from the University of Texas Permian Basin. In his role, Michael ensures the efficient and effective commercialization of new products with a focus on manufacturability and integration with support systems and functional work groups. He also provides support for regulatory compliance and lean transformation. He believes Repeat Precision offers reliable products at a good value to oil and gas operators. New products are developed rapidly, but with robust testing protocols to meet and surpass specifications-all in a collaborative environment with highly motivated people who are focused on customer success. Michael feels privileged to work with a group that strives to do it right the first time. Michael is passionate about playing and listening to music, is a lifelong fan of baseball, and enjoys playing tennis.

Ryan Rowell

Ryan Rowell is the Product Line Manager over Perforating at Repeat Precision. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and over 30 years' combined experience in manufacturing, design, operations, and sales in the wireline service industry. As Product Line Manager, Ryan is responsible for overseeing research, development, and marketing of the perforating product line. He also provides product and market intelligence that helps the business increase market share. Ryan enjoys working at Repeat Precision because its workplace culture allows for personal autonomy, it's optimally sized to allow rapid response to changing market conditions, and there are fewer layers of management, which allows small teams of decision makers to work together for fast response. He's also able to learn more through exposure to many facets of the business, and he feels a strong sense of company ownership. When he's out of the office, Ryan enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Todd Draegert

Todd Draegert is the District & Sales Manager, Rocky Mountain Region, at Repeat Precision. After spending 12 years in animal health and nutrition, he joined the energy industry through Schlumberger's wireline open hole and case hole logging division. He then performed cased hole plugging and perforation in the DJ and Powder River with Pure Energy/FMC. Todd has now spent the last 10+ years in field service, sales, and district management around composite frac plugs and completions at organizations like Baker Hughes and Downhole Technology. As a district manager, Todd coordinates daily operations and manages inventory needs to ensure operators receive products and services. On the sales side, he meets with future customers to understand their needs and operational requirements, introduces Repeat Precision's product offering, and ultimately delivers the best solutions for their operations. Todd appreciates Repeat Precision's small company atmosphere and the great management team who's always looking to make leading-edge products. The company has an open door for ideas, and the team can discuss improvements at any time. He also feels that Repeat Precision cares about the balance of personal and business life. As a result, Todd is able to spend plenty of time with his wife and kids, watching sports, and camping, boating, and fishing at the lake.

W. Grant Martin - President

He holds a B.B.A. in Energy Finance from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, and worked in one of his family's manufacturing businesses before applying his knowledge and experience to co-found Repeat Precision in early 2017. As President, Grant is responsible for the overall strategy of the organization. He provides resources and a platform that allow subject matter experts to create innovative solutions to customers' problems and add value to their operations. He's passionate about the problems Repeat Precision is solving and gets excited by watching the team succeed. Grant enjoys spending downtime fishing or with family and friends.
