Alex Stalvey - CEO

Bio Alex Stalvey is a managing partner of Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey, LLC. He is a former prosecutor, having served as an Assistant Solicitor in Spartanburg and Greenville counties. He began his career with the firm in 2008. His practice areas include criminal defense, divorce and personal injury litigation. He has represented clients in a range of complex criminal matters, including murder, criminal sexual conduct and Title IX sexual misconduct cases on university campuses. In 2014, Alex was certified in the area of criminal trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. Bruce W. Bannister

Bio Bruce Wyche Bannister is a partner of Bannister, Wyatt, & Stalvey, LLC and a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives. Mr. Bannister graduated from Davidson College in 1995 and went on to earn his law degree from the University of South Carolina in 1998. Mr. Bannister focuses on Family Law, Eminent Domain, and Real Estate Law. He has tried cases involving Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Eminent Domain, Education Law, Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Government, Zoning, Planning, and Land Use. Admitted to the practice of law in South Carolina in 1998, Mr. Bannister was elected as the SC House District 24 Representative in 2005. He currently serves as Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. Mr. Bannister was elected by his peers to serve as the Majority leader for the SC House Republican Caucus from 2012-2016. He also serves as the Chairman of the South Carolina Bar Lawyer Legislator task force. Bio A managing partner of Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey, James W. Bannister graduated from the University of South Carolina honors program in 1992 as a Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1995, after which he served for two years as clerk to US Federal Judge Henry M. Herlong. Since then, he has been with Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey. Mr. Bannister is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Federal Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, South Carolina Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Bannister has been honored among Greenville's Legal Elite for criminal defense each year the award has been offered. Mr. Wyatt graduated from The Citadel in 1967 and received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina in 1970. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1970 and the U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit in 1974. Mr. Wyatt served as a captain in the U.S. Army from 1967-1975. Bio Ryan W. Pasquini of Bannister Wyatt & Stalvey is an attorney in Greenville, SC and is licensed to practice in South Carolina and North Carolina. He has represented clients from general civil litigation matters to personal injuries. Mr. Pasquini graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Economics. Mr. Pasquini earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
