Savant Recruitment has become aware of unauthorized individuals posing as our staff to target job seekers. Their aim is to gather personal information, apply for jobs on behalf of candidates, and in some cases, request up-front fees. These scammers use fake profiles on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and messaging services such as WhatsApp, or post misleading job ads on Instagram, Facebook, and similar sites... I found Savant webinars and consultancy services very relevant as I manage a team of 24 people across 4 locations and, due to Covid 19, we are all based at home. As a result, I have found the managing more stressful and challenging, so there are things that I have learned that I will implement.
