SMART TAMPERE

Smart Tampere is the strategic development programme of the City of Tampere for 2017-2021. The programme is building a sustainable and smart Tampere region in which housing, living and mobility are carbon neutral and in which services are user-oriented and work digitally and flexibly... In Smart Tampere we are using agile experiments to find new, easy-to-use electronic services for Tampere residents. We want the city's residents to be able to use the city's services easily and at their own convenience. In addition to electronic services, we wish to offer Tampere residents new ways to influence decision-making and the development of their living environment through new channels for participation. Take part to have your say!... We promote corporate business renewal by means such as offering the city environment as a test platform. While doing so, we also reinforce the status of Tampere as an attractive international hub of expertise.
