SY Chin & Associates was registered with Malaysian Institute of Accountants in March 2005. It was founded by Mr. Chin See Yap. He is a Chartered Accountant graduated from London, UK in 1995 and trained in big four firm, KPMG. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia... We aim to help our clients to focus on the big picture, while we worry about the finer details of operational activities. From our experience in the field, we have witnessed how many enterprises are being bogged down by the rigours of day-to-day operations, so much so that they are unable to focus on the big picture: their core competency... To us, outsourcing is more than a service we provide.
