Angelia Taylor

Angelia brings a diverse background to the TRW team. As a certified teacher with a background in Education (Music Minor), she is able to translate highly complex technical concepts into something that is easy for clients to understand. She has helped businesses in diverse sectors both as a managed service provider and by supporting clients in Coworking settings over the past 20+ years. Specializing in project management, documentation, training, and presentations explaining concepts ranging from selling tech services for Shared Workspaces to troubleshooting network issues. While music is a passion enjoyed for more than half her life, Angelia no longer performs publicly. She has performed as a percussionist with groups and individuals including the Lone Star College Steel Band, Santa Clara Vanguard Drum & Bugle Corps, University of North Texas Gamelan, Gideon Alorwoyie, Poovalur Srinivasan, Fort Worth All Girl Big Band, East Texas State Jazz Band & Steel Band, and other groups. Instead of learning new music, Angelia now dives into new technologies. She has heavy hands-on experience with phone systems, network equipment, servers (Windows + Unix/Linux-based), website & email servers, databases, website development, access control systems & digital door locks, camera systems, and cabling. This wide knowledgebase and diverse experience allows for quicker resolutions to issues and better overall solutions during project rollouts and software development projects. Angelia has a key focus on increasing revenue from tech-related services including upselling bandwidth, private networks (VLANs), and special routed solutions to provide direct internet access for clients with a higher level of technology needs.

His extensive technical expertise spans network design, cloud systems administration, structured cabling, and NOC operations, making him a versatile and results-driven professional. Beyond his professional achievements, Blaze is an avid reader of non-fiction, a composer of classical guitar music, and an enthusiast of classic automobiles and travel. Dennis Bailey

Dennis is a seasoned IT professional, educator, and consultant with more than 27 years of experience shaping the technological landscape for both academic institutions and private organizations. A versatile expert grounded in both theory and practice, Dennis holds a Master of Business Administration (2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (2006) from Our Lady of the Lake, where he built the strong, multidisciplinary foundation that underpins his work today. From his earliest roles to his current engagements, Dennis has consistently demonstrated the ability to design, implement, and optimize complex IT environments. As a Senior Network Engineer, he has managed end-to-end network configurations across diverse operating systems-Windows, macOS, Linux-and virtualization platforms such as VMware, Proxmox, and KVM. His commitment to robust, secure infrastructures is evident in his track record of successful migrations, including a transition from SCO Unix to RHEL Unix coupled with an upgrade of Universe databases from version 10.1 to 11.3. With a deep understanding of databases and full-stack development, he specializes in crafting scalable, AI-driven solutions that transform text into visuals, as well as building smart systems tailored to client needs. Inderjit's work spans across diverse industries, developing robust online systems and applications that integrate seamlessly into businesses. Manuel Moriera

Born and raised in Houston, TX, Manny has been passionate about technology since childhood, getting his first computer at just 8 years old. This passion led him to pursue a career in IT, where he has been working since 2018. He earned his associate's degree in computer science from HCC and is currently working toward a bachelor's degree at University of Houston-Downtown. Outside of tech, Manny has a deep love for jazz, playing both electric and upright bass. He is also an avid PC gamer and a dedicated family man, enjoying life with his wife and 9-year-old stepson, who is learning piano. In his spare time, Manny loves playing board games like Monopoly, Mouse Trap, and Uno with his family, going camping, and exploring the diverse cuisine Houston has to offer.

Misty Walton

Misty has been honing her craft for over twenty years, working one on one with clients and harnessing her ability to connect on a deeper level. She has mastered the art of customization and creativity, two skills that play an integral role in marketing. She has also spent countless hours and many years fine-tuning her marketing skills, in the classroom and in the real world. Whether answering calls or creating a marketing campaign, she approaches every task with a blend of artistry and strategy. In her free time, Misty enjoys rock hunting and scouting for precious stones and transforming them into one-of-a-kind wire-wrapped jewelry, which she also markets and sells. This unique hobby not only showcases her artistic talents but also reflects her passion for nature and craftsmanship. His expertise and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our company, playing a critical role in the everyday processes of the Call Center. Orlando's extensive background includes managing teams in both retail and call center environments. Over the years, he has developed a keen ability to navigate difficult situations and overcome challenges. His expertise in handling hurdles and crises is matched by his commitment to maintaining an approachable and friendly atmosphere at all times. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Orlando enjoys spending quality time with his family and playing the guitar. His passion for music and family life brings a well-rounded balance to his work and personal life.

Ryan Fuller

A self-proclaimed techie from a young age, Ryan is the resident Phone Wizard at Tech The Right Way. With over 10 years of experience, Ryan specializes in crafting custom phone and call answering solutions for businesses of all sizes. Whether it's setting up basic call handling or designing complex call routing and high-volume switchboard systems, his dedication to client success is evident in every project he completes. Working in various roles at Tech The Right Way, Ryan excels at simplifying complex technical jargon into clear, understandable language for clients. With a background as a DJ, performing at over 2,000 events, Ryan understands the importance of clarity in planning, preparation, and execution to achieve successful outcomes. His professional journey has helped him develop a strong ability to listen closely to client concerns and provide tailored solutions across a wide range of industries. Outside of work, Ryan is a proud father of two adult children and recently became a dog dad to two playful Corgis. When he's not developing client solutions, Ryan enjoys discovering the best dining spots and catching up on his favorite TV shows. He can also still be found on occasion with a microphone in hand, belting out tunes on a karaoke stage.
