Twin River Community Living Facility, Inc. (TRCLF) is a small 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to providing a caring home to our developmentally delayed (DD) clients. We consist of a group home, Ozark Community Home (OCH) and an apartment complex, Basic Independence Apartments (BIA). TRCLF was started by parents of DD adults in 1979 and in 1980 opened the doors to our group home, the first of its kind in Arkansas. A few years later, we bought a small apartment complex to provide more independent living for DD adults. Our clients range in age from 18 to 75 years, with each having their own specific wants, needs, hopes and dreams. We work hard to provide for the whole person, by working with each client to achieve their highest potential... TRCLF is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors and we receive funds through the Arkansas Department of Human Services, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Division of Developmental Disabilities, and Arkansas..
