WINE CELLAR

Ingersoll boasts a rich history of dairy farming and cheesemaking, so it was only fitting for us to add a cheese counter to our ferment-on-premise wine-making shop. We are fortunate to have multiple artisan cheesemakers right in our backyard in Oxford County, many of which you'll find in the shop. Our staff has a passion for the world of cheese, and we love how every cheese tells a story; from its origin, to its unique craftsmanship and the unique flavour coming from the milk type and the terroir. We carry a variety of local and international artisanal cheeses. In the shop you'll find cheeses from Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Wisconsin, France, England, Holland, Scotland, Ireland and much more!
