Mr. Chu has over 10 years working experiences in auditing, accounting, taxation and financing professional field.
He has extensive knowledge in statutory Audit, financial reporting & analysis, ledger scrutiny, financial statements, and auditing of books of accounts for a variety of clients including firms, trusts and charitable institutions.
He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Ng has over 25 years experience in auditing, accounting and financing professional field.
Prior to joining to our Group, Mr. Ng had worked in a listed company in Hong Kong and assisted the listed company successfully IPO in Hong Kong in year 2006.
Mr. Ng had gained his professional audit experiences over 15 years in different local and international audit firms.
He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Liu is an insolvency practitioner specializing in corporate recovery and restructuring with over 28 years' professional experience. He has worked in local and international accounting firms specializing in insolvency practice since the 1980s.
He has taken appointments as Liquidator and Receiver for various local enterprises. He has also been appointed by the Hong Kong Court as Liquidator in compulsory winding up cases.
Mr. Liu is a member of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals, Association of International Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and holds the Specialist Qualification in Insolvency of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Kwok has over 25 years working experiences in auditing, accounting, taxation and financing professional field.
Before he joined our Group in 2004, he had also gained his professional audit experiences over 9 years in different local and international audit firms.
He has extensive experience in general assurance and business advisory services in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Australia, include assisting the Mainland China company to list in Hong Kong, auditing listed companies in both of Hong Kong and Mainland China.
He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.
Mr. Kwok has over 20 years working experiences in auditing, accounting, taxation and financing professional field.
Before he joined our Group in 2004, he had also gained his professional audit experiences over 9 years in different local and international audit firms.

Thomas has over 20 years' experience in outsourcing accounting, treasury, payroll adminsitration and company secretarial services.
Before joining our Group, he was the director of accounting services division of an international professional firm from which he gained experience in providing services to both MNCs and local clients.
Mr. Chiu has over 10 years working experiences in auditing, accounting, taxation and financing professional field.
He has extensive experience in general assurance and business advisory services in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mei Ling specialized in Hong Kong tax planning and compliance services since 1987 and also provides advisory services for a wide range of client dealing with personal and corporate tax affairs in both Hong Kong and China. Mei Ling has extensive experience in handling tax audit, tax investigation, lodgment of offshore claims and resolving tax disputes with Hong Kong tax authority and advising foreign companies on the appropriate investment structure for setting up their business in Hong Kong and China.
Mei Ling was used to work in two international accounting firms, namely Mazars and Crowe Horwath International and an international trust company namely Intertrust from which Mei Ling gained a solid experience of over 30 years in providing tax compliance, business advisory and tax planning services to both individuals and corporations including expatriates and MNCs. In her latest employments, Mei Ling was not only playing role of the Head of Tax Department to provide tax compliance and tax advisory services but was also a key member in the management team of the organisation since 2002. With her extensive experience in both the industry and the management of international accounting and trust companies, Mei Ling is not only able to provide tax advisory services but also business advisory in respect of the management of company and the respective daily routine operation.
As a tax professional, Mei Ling contributes to write tax articles and publications and was also one of the authors of the Worldwide Business Tax Guide and International Master Tax Guide, International Tax Planning - Corporations, Expatriates and Migrants and Offshore Financial Centre as published by CCH during the period from 2000 to 2009.
