EMPIRE - Key Persons
Debbie oversees all the accounts and financial aspects of the Empire Group, alongside all administrative duties. As such, Debbie runs the Empire Group office like clockwork and keeps the rest of the team in line!
Debbie is working on her AAT accounting qualifications and is currently studying for her level 3. Debbie is the main point of contact at Empire Group for all financial and office enquiries.
Jamie is a Trainee Site Manager for the Empire Group. He has worked in the construction industry since he was 18 and, having started off as a plumber's apprentice, Jamie decided that he wanted to be a part of the bigger picture. Having more experienced colleagues, Jamie continues to learn and improve every day. He has a superb attitude to work and sees everything as an opportunity which he embraces and carries out with complete conviction.
Jamie has completed his SMSTS and plans on adding to this accreditation.
Director Marcus Farrell followed his father into the building trade and started as a bricklayer. He has always had the vision of being more than this so as to provide a better life for his family. He worked his way up until he had enough experience to build his own team and, ultimately, his own company.
Although it must make sense financially, Marcus is keen on helping where he can; changing the world just that little bit and knowing that there is always room for improvement. One of his proudest achievements is Empire winning the Adur and Worthing Business Awards in the category of Building and Construction. Marcus is the true definition of a hardworking entrepreneur, building the empire Group from nothing. He has gained a significant amount of knowledge not only within the construction industry, but within architecture and planning.

- Trainee Operations Manager
A tenacious and driven Trainee Operations Manager, with a great eye for detail, Matthew has over 15 years of experience in operations and general management. During this time he has been project manager on three occasions, with full control of all aspects of the project. He is very experienced with regards to H&S, HR, training, analytical exercises, stock management and employee relations. Mathew has recently joined the construction industry and we believe he will bring his professionalism and dedication from previous management roles to this industry.
Ryan is a Trainee Site Manager for the Empire Group. He started out at the age of 15 learning multi-trades at school, where it was clear that a physical profession was the path for him. Ryan has an abundance of experience with a can-do attitude towards any line of work which motivates the staff around him, achieving the best out of them. With the Site Manager role in sight, Ryan is focusing on the future and embracing the expansion here at The Empire Group. His knowledge of the industry makes the process run smoothly, delegating jobs to those that are best suited for the role. Ryan has completed his SMSTS and plans on adding to this accreditation.
