Ben established B R Needham (Financial Services) Ltd in 1990 after several years working for mortgage brokers in London and Hertford. Ben was retained for fifteen years by one of Britain's largest house builders to provide mortgage advice to their prospective purchasers, but in 2005 decided to concentrate on the servicing of his existing clients and new clients who have been recommended to him.
After a 20 year career in Supply Chain Management within the FMCG industry, Chris decided he was ready for a change of direction and qualified as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. Chris joined the firm in 2016 opening up the firm's Yorkshire offices in Leeds. When not helping clients in Leeds Chris spends his time with his two young sons, or watching Ipswich Town!
Mary previously worked in solicitors' offices in East Anglia. dealing mainly with conveyancing and has a vast knowledge of the house purchasing legal process which is often of assistance to the team.
Mary was born on the west coast of Ireland and enjoys horse racing, classic car shows, cooking, anything to do with dogs, walking in the countryside, being near the sea and of course returning to Ireland when possible.

Simone established the Lincoln office in 2019. Providing high quality, tailored and professional mortgage and protection advice she has a keen interest and is particularly skilled in assisting first time buyers.
Other than helping her clients, in her spare time Simone enjoys time with her husband and three children, as well as a love for live music, design, food and travel. She also spends her time managing investment properties.
