Adrienne Taylor is the Founder and Principal of AET Services LLC. With broad business operations and global leadership experience, Adrienne is a strategic and influential advisor with over 30 years of expertise in operational transformation and organizational optimization. Distinguished by her non-traditional career path, Adrienne brings a unique perspective to strategy and problem solving. She has worked across industries in Financial Services, Insurance and Health Care, as well as across functions in core business operations, HR operations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, vendor management and project management. Adrienne has held senior positions at Fortune 500 Companies, including Goldman Sachs & Company and American International Group (AIG) and Lenox Hill Hospital. Adrienne has extensive international experience, including a 3-year assignment in India. Most recently at AIG, Adrienne was Head of Americas Service Delivery, where she led the successful deployment and adoption of a new HR Operating Model involving self-service, shared service centers, outsourcing and shift in HR platform. In addition, Adrienne managed vendor operations, HR portal and content and the governance and oversight of customer intelligence, service delivery communications, change management and system enhancements. Prior to AIG, Adrienne was Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. managing Americas Cash Reconciliations and Claims Operations. She later assumed a 3-year assignment in Bangalore, India, where she led the strategic planning, oversight and build-out of the new 22-hour office, including business operations migrations, talent shifting and hiring and management of five operations businesses. Upon her return to New York, Adrienne assumed a role in Human Resources managing global talent acquisition and recruiting operations for graduate hires. Adrienne began her career as a Registered Nurse at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, initially providing direct patient care and later assuming management roles in hospital and patient care operations, regulatory standards, research and grants, recruitment and quality management. Adrienne earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Georgetown University, a Masters of Public Health- Administration and Planning from Columbia University, a Masters of Business Administration- Finance and Operations, a Certificate in Digital Economy from the New York University Stern School of Business, and is a certified Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional. Adrienne has completed ten marathons, is a member of the Daughters of American Revolution and resides in New York City.
