Armando Cavero is a Partner with AIMS International, he focuses on serving major multinationals and companies based in Peru. He has completed assignments for most senior general management positions including Regional CEOs, COOs, and those responsible for key functions and operations. Armando has recruited executives to fill vice presidents and managers of many industries like Industrial, Commercial, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations and other positions critical to organizational growth. A former industry executive, Armando has held senior country, regional and corporate management roles with the world's leading technology and telecommunications companies. After serving as CEO of NCR Perú, he became NCR's Vice President - Latin America, High-Availability Solutions and Electronic Commerce. While with AT&T G.I.S., Armando held roles of increasing responsibility: Industry Manager-Latin America, Near East and Africa, Sales Director of Northern Latin America, and CEO AT&T del Perú. Later Armando was CEO of Compaq - Latin America (Perú and Bolivia) and Oracle - Peru. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Belltech Peru. Recognized for his industry and management expertise, Armando provided guidance to diverse constituencies, including members of government and academia. He has served as an Advisory to Peru's Minister of Production and been Vice President and Director of IPAE. Armando was also the first Director of the International Master's Program in Information Technology and Communications for the Post-Graduate School of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). A graduate of the Universidad Católica del Peru, Armando pursued additional post-graduate studies at the Universidad de Piura - PAD and ESAN. He completed the senior development programs at the AT&T and NCR Management Schools. Armando is a frequent contributor to leading publications, authoring articles on business and technology. Armando is based in the firm's Lima office.

Dr. Abed Baidas has a successful business career spanning over 30 years. He has been involved in business endeavors worldwide. Heading a team of international branding experts, he pioneered the development of Identity Branding Forum fundamentals and processes, introducing the "identity branding culture" in the Arab World, combining the science of human development with the art of branding to build "brand's identity" value aligned with businesses' organizational behavior, where our name in Arabic became synonymous with related projects in the region. The latest accomplishment of Dr. Baidas includes the development and launch of three major achievements, the Sustainable Human Development Protocol and its IPENTM Club engagement cluster, to connect companies to human life-long journey to create recyclable opportunities and achieve sustainability, and Talents of Endearment youths and business transformation platform.
