Arkwork is divided into four Working groups, which focus on different aspects of archaeological practices and knowledge work in the digital environment... Archaeology is everywhere. Archaeological knowledge and knowledge of archaeology is relevant in different sectors of life from scholarly research of the past and land development to schools, museums and local community groups. In spite of this, the current understanding of how archaeologists work and how archaeological knowledge is produced and used is fragmented and incomplete.
