I am giving the Bay Ridge Artichoke Basille's 5 stars because of stellar customer service in addition to highly addictive, delicious food. I've never been disappointed with any orders (and I've ordered here many times), and even though this one time my order was incorrect, I am still rating an emphatic 5 stars! Most of the time, I would take away a star for that, but I am not because when I called to ask about something missing from my order, they really went above and beyond merely correcting the order to make it right. I was speechless when they promptly went right to work to correct the order, and when it was delivered, I received even more than I expected. You really can't say enough about great customer service, and that is what I experienced, and why I will continue to be a loyal customer. Now, onto the food.
